Our tour guide was a young lady from Australia and amazing.

Outstanding guide. His explanations were informative and enterting. My whole family ages 13 to 72 loved the experience.

Getting an early start was essential and great! Finding the meeting site was a bit difficult, but Walks staff was there once another guide pointed us in the correct direction. There was a miscount for the number of folks in our group by the introductory staff, but our lovely guide, Eloise, took us all along. Eloise was very friendly, prepared and an excellent guide. She gave us a great tip about what place to ride over on the ferry for the best photos. The Statue herself is awesome! Eloise helped everyone in the group with photos. Thanks! The best pictures of the entire visit to NYC. The museum on site is great. I wish we had more time on our own for this museum before moving on to Ellis Island. Ellis Island also very interesting, but we did not anticipate that our time with a guide would end at the entrance. Historic highlights about Ellis Island are "on your own" and we did not arrive prepared for this. I do not feel that I learned as much as I might have with a guide. Thanks Walks! Kris and Al Jergens

We had a guide by the name of Amy..unbelievably fantastic!...full of information, stories and and so courteous...had alot of patience with all of the tourists and helped us with taking pictures at the Statue of Liberty!...Awesome job! A++++++++
