Len was wonderful and the tour was excellent. Although, it was beastly hot at Alcatraz and we roasted! So much for it being cold on The Rock! The only thing I would suggest is a little more time to stop and take pictures in Chinatown but I think Len was concerned about the heat and how some people felt from a lot of walking prior to the tour. I also appreciated a substitute for the trolley car being inoperable. Nicely done!

Eddie was a fantastic guide with a lot of interesting facts to share. The pick up spot to get Alcatraz tickets was smooth and quick. Thanks for making our visit to San Fran great!
