We were very satisfied with our experience. 1) The tour itself as arranged was a special experience 2) The guide was very enjoyable, extremely knowledgeable, with good instinct on where to expand and where to be brief. I had an 8 year old with me who found her clear and easy to understand. He is still sketching the ceiling! Well done. I took off 1 point only because of my confusion locating start point. I was hung up on when I called your office for advice.
